Today (and every day), we are so grateful for the incredible team members who show up, serve with heart, and make a true difference in the lives of our residents. Your compassion, dedication, and hard work do not go unnoticed!
This week we celebrated with a fun dirty soda bar and delicious treats from Crumbl Cookies 🍪— just a small way to say thank you for all that you do.

Even with Northern Indiana’s unpredictable weather, our construction team continues to amaze us with their dedication and craftsmanship. Every day brings us one step closer to opening a space designed with purpose, comfort, and dignity at its core.

Cupid definitely made a stop at our Legacy Lane Valentine’s Dinner! 💕 Residents and families had a blast picking out blooms at our flower bar and getting creative with clay hearts provided by AMACO. Our residents even made a special trip to Kroger to pick out the perfect flowers for the evening! 💐

A HUGE thank you to our amazing culinary team for providing such a delicious meal — you truly made the night extra special! And a big shoutout to our incredible staff for setting up and helping everything run so smoothly. We couldn’t do it without you!

Some moments in this job truly make your heart happy—and this is one of them. 💙

Today, Paddock Springs had the honor of providing lunch and prizes to an incredible community that loves connecting with friends and enjoying fun activities like BINGO at Kosciusko Community Senior Services!

So many of their amazing team members generously give their time to support lunches and activities, including Maria, Veronica, and Amanda—we are so grateful for each of you.

And of course, we can’t forget our wonderful Admissions Coordinator, Delanie, who loves making the rounds and spreading smiles wherever she goes. She is just one more reason why Paddock Springs employees are truly the best and why we love bringing joy to our community every chance we get! ✨
