One of our favorite outcomes from this year's event was meeting Mark Slaughter and his team, which presented the opportunity to partner with Africa Renewal Ministries and Renewal Healthcare to provide spine surgery sets to surgeons treating pediatric patients with scoliosis in Uganda.

Shoutout to Trey Proper on his recent promotion to Senior Product Development Engineer! Since joining the team in September 2017 as WishBone's FIRST engineer, Trey has been an integral part of launching numerous products, including cannulated screws, WishFIX, and WishBone's "plate & screws" systems. He has become a subject matter expert on PD-critical assets such as 3D printing, CAD, FEA, and mechanical testing—to name a few.

Beyond his technical skill, we are always impressed by his work ethic, eagerness to learn and willingness to help others... A true MVP. Please join us in congratulating Trey on his new title as he continues to push the WishBone mission forward! 🥳👏
