What do yoga teachers do when they don't have classes?

Well, I spend my time experimenting with my own personal practice in order to find different and more interesting flows and transitions.

I also spend LOTS of time reading! From academic works to psychology I like to deepen my practical and philosophical knowledge that I can incorporate into my classes.

Currently I am reading this book, a series of stories and insights from long time yogis about how we can harness the true essence of yoga to fall in love with our bodies; our home.
