Good afternoon, everyone! I just wanted let everyone know that my Tuesday Heart Flow class at Shanti Life Collective is going into hibernation mode. The cold and deep dark we have in February calls us to turn inwards and reflect as spring approaches. Class will resume in March so be sure to check here for updates to class times and content.
