It’s the perfect time of year to clear your mind and enjoy the crisp air with some outdoor yoga flow. Come join KBS Yoga this Sunday 10/9 at 9:30am on Fry Farm for a fall yoga series. Step away from your busy week to turn off your brain, focus on your breath and move through a gentle flow among nature! Once the class ends, you’re invited to pick your own floral bouquet from Fry Farm’s beautiful garden. The Farm has the pumpkin patch and hayrides taking place 10am-5pm- perfect fall Sunday!

All levels welcome. $30 ticket includes yoga class and floral bouquet. Venmo & cash accepted at start of class. Mats also available for purchase on site. Please message me if you have any questions- hope to see you there!
