Book Club with Denise
Wednesday, 2/25 at 2:00pm EST – In person and Zoom

Reviewing “The Silent Patient” by Alex Michaelides. There is no movie yet, but apparently one is now in preproduction. You can find the zoom link on our schedule on on website at www.msdreamcenter.org.

Do you enjoy reading books? Maybe you used to enjoy reading books but stopped and have been wanting to start again. Maybe you were never much of a reader but would like to give it a try. The MS Dream Center has a monthly book club. We are in our 15th year and have read over 150 books! The book club is a fun and social way to be part of a community. We choose from a variety of books and genres and include books that are available through the library in regular, large print, audiobooks, and eBooks. We sometimes include books that have been adapted to film or television as an alternative to reading the book if that is easier for you. We meet monthly for a casual, relaxed, and fun discussion. We invite you to join us in person or via Zoom for engaging discussions, great company, and connection. Come give it a try! Feel free to come and just be an observer for the first time if you are not sure about joining. We would love to have you!

It’s that time again!
March is MS Awareness Month and we need your help. Tickets are $10/each and every ticket gets you entered into a daily drawing throughout the month of March. 11am today come try Chair Strength and Moblity w/ Brad. This class you will need weights to do reps and sets for an upper body work out mixed in with reps and sets of cardio exercises. Come give this class a try if you haven't already💪.

Last week's Art w/ Claire. Lots of snow on the East coast so great picture to paint for the weather we are experiencing. Great job everyone☃️

The MS Dream Center will be open in person tomorrow 1/28. Parking lot looks good, but we ask that you use your best judgment when it comes to navigating the outside conditions.
Tai chi with Charlie will now begin at 1 PM on Wednesdays in person and on zoom. Hopefully we will see more people come give it a try at that time. The members that do it on a regular basis are definitely seeing positive results especially with balance.  Hope to see some new faces tomorrow😊.

The MS Dream Center will be closed in person tomorrow, Tuesday 1/27 because of the cold temperature forecasted and potential for the parking lot to be icy. Tiffany and Jeffery will both be doing their programs virtually as scheduled. Stay safe!

Calling all Caregivers and those with MS. JWU needs your help with their work on their Capstone Project. Click on the QR code that pertains to you and use your phone camera to take a picture .
