Congratulations to our Board Member and past Board President Phil Slocum who was recently honored with the Kent Washington Association of Realtors Hero Award. Thank you for all that you and Slocum Home Team do every day to make our community a better place!
It was an honor to recognize Phil Slocum as the recipient of the KWAOR REALTOR Hero Award! 🌟
Phil has long been considered a hero at Slocum. He has devoted countless hours to organizations such as the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club, and Easter Seals.
Most recently, his passion and commitment have been focused on serving the elder community through his leadership at St. Elizabeth Community, where he has served both as Board Member and Past President. 🤝 He also played an instrumental role in the development of the Green House Homes project in East Greenwich, improving the quality of life and care for so many in our community.
The REALTOR® Hero Award was established in 2018 to recognize a REALTOR® member who consistently demonstrates dedicated service, compassion, and community engagement through volunteerism.
As in previous years, this year’s nominees—each nominated by their peers—exemplified the very best of our profession by giving generously of their time and talents to strengthen the communities where they live and work. 🏘️💪
