🌟 Caregiver Spotlight: Stacy Mauricio, RN – Nursing Manager 🌟
At Commonwealth House, we are incredibly fortunate to have dedicated leaders who make our community a better place every single day. This week, we’re proud to shine our Caregiver Spotlight on our wonderful Nursing Manager, Stacy Mauricio!

Stacy has been part of the Commonwealth House family since August 2025, and she plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day care coordination for our residents. Her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and genuine compassion help ensure that every resident receives thoughtful, organized, and attentive care.👩‍⚕️

Stacy is a graduate of the RN Program at New England Institute of Technology, where she distinguished herself as a Dean’s List student and scholarship award recipient. Her dedication to learning and professional growth shows in the exceptional leadership she brings to our team.

Known for being super organized and wonderfully detail-oriented, Stacy keeps Commonwealth House running smoothly—making sure our home is spotless, organized, and that nothing ever falls through the cracks. Her fastidious approach helps create an environment where residents and staff alike can feel supported and confident.

What truly makes Stacy special is the time she spends getting to know our residents. She loves learning what brings them joy and fulfillment, and she thoughtfully incorporates those interests into their daily activities and personalized care.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys Pilates, reading (she’s a total bookworm!), and spending time with her beloved fur babies, Kotaro and Versace. 🐶She is also happily married to her beau Jorrell, who works in the care industry as well—making them a true “care couple” dedicated to helping others both professionally and personally.

We are thrilled to have Stacy as a leader at Commonwealth House and truly believe she helps make this community a place where residents—and staff—can live, connect, and thrive.❤️❤️❤️

❤️The Heart of Commonwealth House often beats strongest in the kitchen — and that’s thanks to Chef Mandi.❤️

A classically trained chef and graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Mandi (not to be confused with owner Mandi!) brings both skill and heart to every meal she prepares. 🥗🍲🍛She has a wonderful talent for elevating the traditional “meat and potatoes” dishes our residents love, transforming familiar favorites into meals that are not only comforting, but beautifully prepared, healthy and full of flavor.🍔The delicious smells from the kitchen, the sounds of cooking, and the joy around the table are all part of what makes our house feel like home.🏠

Beyond her culinary expertise, Chef Mandi brings warmth and laughter into our home each day. A devoted mom and animal lover,🐶 she drives 45 minutes to be here — a true testament to her dedication and dependability. 🚗

Post-Snowpocalypse at Commonwealth House! Our residents stayed warm and cozy while the white stuff piled up outside. They stayed busy by enjoying tasty meals, fun crafts, and good company! Now for the clean-up!

This month, we are proud to celebrate Claudia, our dedicated House Manager and Lead Caregiver, who marks 7 years with us this month!🎆🎆🎆

Claudia has been an incredible part of our home for seven years, bringing reliability, warmth, and heart to everything she does. Residents and staff alike know they can always count on her. She leads with kindness, patience, and a genuine love for caring for others. Whether she’s supporting a resident through their day or making sure a team member feels heard and appreciated, Claudia consistently puts people first.🥇

Her commitment to excellence goes even further — Claudia is about to earn her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, a remarkable accomplishment that reflects her dedication to growing as a leader and continually improving the care we provide. 👩‍🎓She is always looking for ways to learn, strengthen our processes, and elevate the level of attention and compassion our residents receive.

Claudia also brings joy and creativity into our home. She loves helping residents celebrate holidays throughout the year, making each occasion special and meaningful. Outside of work, she’s a proud animal lover, a passionate foodie who enjoys exploring great meals, loves traveling, and never passes up a chance to spend time at the beach.🏖️🏖️🏖️

Claudia’s leadership, positivity, and drive to “level up” everything she touches make a lasting impact on our residents, our staff, and our entire community. We are so grateful for her seven years of dedication and can’t wait to see all she continues to accomplish.👑🏆

Groundhog Day at Commonwealth House turned into a full-on craft-and-snack moment. Everyone built their own groundhog cup with a teddy graham “Phil” and enjoyed some laughs before the big finale—eating the groundhog. Six more weeks of winter, apparently.
