Non-corporate. Commonwealth House is a boutique assisted living community. You can sense that when first pulling into the driveway of our upscale residence in a quiet neighborhood. This setting gives shape to our mission: Providing concierge care in a small household where residents, caregivers and staff are family. Commonwealth House is a place where companionship and care advocacy enables your loved one to maintain his or her independence as much as possible, age with dignity and feel secure knowing that needed daily living assistance is always there for them.

👋 Hello, neighbors! We'd love to introduce ourselves!

We're the Willoughby family — Graham, Mandi, our boys Ian (9) and Russ (4), and our dogs Buzz and Sumo — and we are the owners and operators of Commonwealth House Assisted Living in Warwick!

Commonwealth House is a small, care home-style assisted living residence that is intentionally different from large institutional facilities. We care for just 10 residents at a time, in a true home environment where care is never rushed, never generic, and never impersonal. Smaller means we know every face, every preference, and every story.

Mandi serves as our administrator, bringing dedicated, hands-on leadership to the day-to-day care of our residents. And yes — Ian and Russ are very much part of the Commonwealth House family too. That warmth, that laughter — that's one of the things thatnmakes our house feel like a real home.

Since 2016, we have been proudly serving seniors and their families in the Warwick area with highly personalized care in a warm, familiar environment. We are deeply committed to the well-being of every resident who comes through our doors.

Today we celebrate a delicious Italian tradition! People eat Zeppole on March 19 to celebrate St. Joseph’s Day (Festa di San Giuseppe), an Italian tradition honoring the foster father of Jesus, who is also the patron saint of workers, families, and Sicily. The deep-fried or baked pastry, often filled with custard and topped with a cherry, symbolizes a traditional feast of thanks, honoring a legend where St. Joseph brought rain to end a famine.

🌟 Caregiver Spotlight: Stacy Mauricio, RN – Nursing Manager 🌟
At Commonwealth House, we are incredibly fortunate to have dedicated leaders who make our community a better place every single day. This week, we’re proud to shine our Caregiver Spotlight on our wonderful Nursing Manager, Stacy Mauricio!

Stacy has been part of the Commonwealth House family since August 2025, and she plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day care coordination for our residents. Her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and genuine compassion help ensure that every resident receives thoughtful, organized, and attentive care.👩‍⚕️

Stacy is a graduate of the RN Program at New England Institute of Technology, where she distinguished herself as a Dean’s List student and scholarship award recipient. Her dedication to learning and professional growth shows in the exceptional leadership she brings to our team.

Known for being super organized and wonderfully detail-oriented, Stacy keeps Commonwealth House running smoothly—making sure our home is spotless, organized, and that nothing ever falls through the cracks. Her fastidious approach helps create an environment where residents and staff alike can feel supported and confident.

What truly makes Stacy special is the time she spends getting to know our residents. She loves learning what brings them joy and fulfillment, and she thoughtfully incorporates those interests into their daily activities and personalized care.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys Pilates, reading (she’s a total bookworm!), and spending time with her beloved fur babies, Kotaro and Versace. 🐶She is also happily married to her beau Jorrell, who works in the care industry as well—making them a true “care couple” dedicated to helping others both professionally and personally.

We are thrilled to have Stacy as a leader at Commonwealth House and truly believe she helps make this community a place where residents—and staff—can live, connect, and thrive.❤️❤️❤️
