🎄 No-Bake Cinnamon “Snickerdoodle” Cookies 🍪
Low-Carb • No Sugar • Holiday-Approved
Because healthy treats can still taste like Christmas 😌✨
Ingredients:
• ½ cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp almond butter
• 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
• 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit
• ¾ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix cream cheese and almond butter until smooth.
2️⃣ Add sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
3️⃣ Stir in almond flour until dough forms.
4️⃣ Roll into balls and gently flatten.
5️⃣ Refrigerate for 25 minutes… then enjoy! ❄️
