🎄 No-Bake Cinnamon “Snickerdoodle” Cookies 🍪
Low-Carb • No Sugar • Holiday-Approved

Because healthy treats can still taste like Christmas 😌✨

Ingredients:
• ½ cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp almond butter
• 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
• 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit
• ¾ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix cream cheese and almond butter until smooth.
2️⃣ Add sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
3️⃣ Stir in almond flour until dough forms.
4️⃣ Roll into balls and gently flatten.
5️⃣ Refrigerate for 25 minutes… then enjoy! ❄️

🍫 Whole30 Fudge Cookies

Who says Whole30 can’t include dessert? These soft, chewy, no-bake fudge cookies come together in just 10 minutes and are made with real, whole ingredients to keep your body fueled and inflammation low.

🍪 Servings: 12
🔥 Calories: ~132 per cookie

Ingredients

• ½ cup raw almonds
• 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (for coating)

How to Make Them

1️⃣ Blend almonds in a food processor until crumbly.
2️⃣ Add shredded coconut and dates, blending and scraping sides until combined. Add cocoa powder and blend again. If needed, add 1–2 tbsp water until dough forms.
3️⃣ Roll dough into 12 balls, coat with shredded coconut, and gently press into cookie shapes using a fork.
4️⃣ Refrigerate until firm… then enjoy!

High-Volume Oats + Egg Whites 🥣✨

The ultimate breakfast for high protein, big volume, and all-day energy — chiropractor-approved 😉

Base Oats
• 1 serving = 1/3 cup oats
• 5 servings = 1⅔ cups oats total

Water Ratio for MAX Volume

When you’re adding egg whites (hello protein! 💪), you need more water for that fluffy, cloud-like texture.
➡️ Use 5–5½ cups water
Lean toward 5½ cups if you love extra volume.
This gives you fully hydrated oats, smooth egg-white incorporation (no scrambling 👌), and maximum fluffiness.

How to Cook for Best Volume 🔥
1. Add oats + water to a pot.
2. Bring to a simmer and cook 3–5 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low.
4. Slowly whisk in egg whites (½ cup per serving → 2.5 cups total for 5 servings).
5. Whisk continuously until creamy, thick, and fluffy.
6. Portion out & cool — they thicken even more as they sit!

Optional Volume Boosters
• Add ¼–½ tsp xanthan gum to the whole batch
