This role will be responsible for providing Hospice care to patients in the local area, in the comfort of their own home in the Springfield, Illinois area. ( travel radius within 45 min.).

Top Skills Required:
• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Hospice experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of IL
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

• Fulltime | Monday - Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based program in Valley Stream, NY.
The BCBA will work with students, educators, and support staff to develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans that foster positive outcomes and promote student success.

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide training, consultation, and ongoing support to teachers and paraprofessionals
Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and student development
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

Requirements:
