Our client is a rapidly growing behavioral health group delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across Texas. They are expanding their interventional psychiatry services and are seeking Psychiatrists who want to practice in a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
(No nights, no calls, no weekends)
Evaluate and Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions
Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Craft personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications
Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
Collaborate Effectively: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment
Supervision: Have the opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance

Schedule and Shift Details
● Work primarily in-office (approx. 4 days on-site, 1 day remote). Choose your schedule—design your workday around when you feel most effective.

Multiple positions available in Chesapeake and Norfolk, Virginia

Our client is pioneering a new approach to primary care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESKD) directly within their dialysis centers. Currently seeking highly motivated and innovative Nurse Practitioners in helping them build and shape this groundbreaking program.
Monday-Friday schedule working with dialysis centers within the Chesapeake/Norfolk, VA market.
Your schedule will revolve around the time patients will come into the dialysis units, primarily between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will have clinical autonomy to determine which patients to see and during which time.
Average 10-12 patient visits per day.
Role Specifics:
-Coordinate patient follow-ups to proactively address patient concerns, including coordinating care with other providers, ordering key labs, and prescribing medication.
-Build clinical relationships with nephrologists, dialysis teammates, integrated care teammates, and local PCPs and specialists.
-Conduct annual comprehensive health evaluations.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with active Virginia NP license
2 plus years of post graduate Nurse Practitioner practice experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine or Gerontology.

Salary: USD $130,000 – $170,000 / yr * Bonus available for achieving key clinical metrics, up to 60% of base salary*
