D***y Challenge Training Update 🏃‍♀️✨

Big day for Dr. McAteer — 16 miles in the books this morning. The race is getting close now… just a few weeks until Disney Marathon Weekend and the full D***y Challenge.

Today’s theme: recovery.

After a long run like this, her focus shifts to rebuilding what the miles take out. She leans on her regular recovery stack — BPC-175, Omega-3, Magnesium, Vitamin D, and a quality multivitamin. And protein. Lots of protein. Long runs drain the muscles, and refueling the right way is the only way to stay healthy and keep training strong.

She took today’s miles out to the water in Goddard Park, which always helps. Something about the quiet, the open space, and the waterfront makes everything feel a little lighter after the grind. It’s her favorite place to reset.

And as always, she’s running for a purpose. Dr. McAteer is raising money for Give Kids The World, helping kids and families get the support and joy they deserve.
