This past week, we gathered with families for our annual Hospice Service of Remembrance—a meaningful time to honor and celebrate the lives of loved ones who have passed.

Families reconnected with the compassionate nurses, social workers, spiritual care coordinators, and home health aides who cared for them on their journey, sharing memories, comfort, and support.

Together with healthcare leaders and community partners, we celebrated the impact of the VNA of Care New England and the vital role of care at home in Rhode Island.

During National Volunteer Appreciation Week, VNA of Care New England Hospice hosted a special luncheon to honor the incredible volunteers who give their time, compassion, and support to patients and families.
