BOOST BEGINS: 3/15 - 4/4
Excited for our latest round of the BOOST to be commencing today!
This is a three week program for established Fat Burners to either learn or practice the skill of slightly extended fasting.
Essentially, we fast for 36 to 48 hours cyclically over these three weeks.
We have a structure, use tools, and get clear on how we feel and what those signals might indicate that we need.
My greatest wishes for every Fat Burner is to learn this skill because it is such a useful technique to use at will when you want to amplify your results or offset mumbo-jumbo that you’d rather not have make an impact.
(It helped me to LOSE weight around my birthday when eating big meals & CAKE multiple days in a row.)
The most exciting thing is, we are all meant to do this.
