The Inner You Counseling Center

The Inner You Counseling Center provides behavioral health therapy to children, adolescents and adults.

The Inner You Counseling Center was founded on the belief that everyone
should have easy and timely access to mental health services because we
know that asking for help is hard enough. The clinical treatment team provides excellent mental health care for
patients throughout the life-span, from young children to elder care. Our efforts are focused on helping patients set realistic goals and
achieving results. We understand that appointment flexibility and
accessibility is key to reaching these goals. We work to reduce barriers to mental health services by offering initial
assessments in 24-48 hours with no wait list. Flexible appointment times are available during days, evenings, and
weekends at our 5 office locations throughout Rhode Island. We offer ‘same time’ appointments as a convenience for families, couples &
children. Teletherapy services are available via phone or video which have been
widely utilized during the COVID19 pandemic. Our practice engages local RI communities by providing therapy services
through our home-based programming, school counseling, senior centers,
