Have you ever reacted to something… and later thought,
“Why did that affect me so much?”
Or felt like you’re holding everything together on the outside—
but inside, there’s more going on than anyone sees?
I’m thinking of starting a small, guided class focused on shadow work, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
It’s not therapy.
It’s not overwhelming.
It’s just a space to slow down, reflect, and understand yourself on a deeper level.
I’m just seeing who might be interested before I finalize details.
