EBW helps to promote blood circulation which promotes healing! Things like ibuprofen and tylenol shut off our body's inflammatory process, which helps to remove pain, but doesn't allow the body to create a healing response. Products with menthol and lidocaine help to stop pain, but they don't increase circulation which is what we really want to create the healing response.
