Quick Hiit Workout you can do anywhere and you don't need any equipment. Burn lots of calories get the most out of these exercises.

Pop on your favorite jams and push through these high impact exercises.

Do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 30 second rest before the next. Do each exercise once before starting over.

Repeat each exercise 4 times at least.
