Owen has been such a joy to get to know and work with! He brings a smile each time he comes and is always willing to try anything new, whether it's an oral motor exercise, sound, or food. He has been so brave. Keep working hard and continue to be my smile buddy! - Ms. Julia

Liam is such a hard worker - he has shown me time and time again that we can work on speech sounds anywhere doing almost any activity - from the floor is lava, to memory, to hanging out with Bauer. He always comes in willing to work and try new things. His family's dedication and support have made such a positive impact on his growth. The WITH team members are so warm and inviting to our boys. Our boys always try to get in one last hug before it’s time to leave. For us as parents, the team is so informative and helpful. The update of what was worked on in each session is so helpful for gauging our boys’ progress with feeding, oral motor, and articulation needs. -Amanda, Owen & Liam's Mom

Today we celebrate an incredible young lady who recently graduated from speech therapy. Her determination and joyful spirit have illuminated every step of her journey - three different clinic spaces and countless moments of hard work, laughter, and growth along the way. We could not be more proud of all the progress she has made and the confidence she has built along the way. We cannot to see what her future holds!! Waseca Community Education wants to wish everyone a spooktacular evening as you head downtown for Waseca Treats on the Streets — 5–7 PM!

While you’re out collecting all those goodies 🍬, please remember to:
🚸 Use your safety skills when crossing roads
🤝 Stay close to your parents or guardians
💡 Be aware of traffic and keep an eye out for others

One of the biggest things I’ve learned from my boys is resilience and taking each step forward day by day. Watching them work towards their speech and feeding goals, and seeing the wonderful progress they’ve made in all areas of development has been such a reminder of how determined and strong they are. They’ve taught me that progress doesn’t always happen overnight, but with patience, consistency, encouragement, and a positive mindset, amazing growth is possible. We wanted to share an important update about our clinic. Beginning Nov 1, 2025, all of our services will be provided from our Owatonna clinic. While this means we’ll be closing our Waseca office, the same high-quality, family-centered care you know and trust will continue — just in one location.

Over the past few months, we’ve experienced some staffing changes, and after careful reflection, we believe bringing everyone together under one roof will create the strongest possible foundation for our families and team. This change allows us to:
support our therapists with more collaboration and shared creativity, offer continued consistency and flexibility for scheduling, keep delivering the same individualized and collaborative care for every family.

We know change can sometimes bring questions, but please know—our commitment to you and your family has not changed. Our mission remains the same: working hand in hand with patients, caregivers, and related professionals to empower individuals to thrive in all aspects of life.

Our team will reach out to confirm schedules and answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership — it means the world to us.
