This is a fun, no-pressure, hands-on 60-minute workshop designed to help you understand how your low back actually works and what it really needs to feel better. We’ll guide you through simple mobility, stability, and strengthening exercises that are practical, realistic, and easy to stick with in everyday life.
You’ll also experience guided foam rolling plus pre- and post-movement checks, so you can feel the difference immediately—not just hear about it. No complicated routines, no extreme workouts, and no judgment. Just smart movement, helpful education, and tools you can use right away.
