ICAN recently held a food drive to support the Waseca Area Neighborhood Service Center and Food Shelf. Together, we collected 100 pounds of food and $315 in donations, all of which will help local families in need! Thank you to everyone who generously contributed and helped make a difference! 💓

As a Personal Support Staff, you will perform personal care activities of daily living and other assigned functions of personal care for each individual person ICAN serves. This position is responsible for creating a quality and enriching living experience by meeting the goals and care plans set forth for each person served. This position serves and acts as an advocate, teacher, and mentor for each individual.

Experience not required, we will train you!

Last week we celebrated DSP Appreciation Week with a variety of fun activities and treats! On Monday, employees enjoyed cookies from Itty Bitty Acres- Waseca and played Plinko at the office. Tuesday brought gift cards for everyone, while Wednesday featured an ice cream sundae bar and prize drawings. Thursday was the highlight with our annual Employee Appreciation Party at Pleasant Grove Pizza Farm, complete with dessert from La Michoacana Minnesota, live music by Crista Bohlmann, and exciting prizes. We wrapped up the week on Friday with the MN Mornings Coffee truck serving beverages behind the office.
