I’ve been talking with community members who are experiencing heightened negative emotions right now. After “tending to my own garden” the last couple weeks, in terms of the weight of the world, I’m being called to dust off my bowls and be of service.

Let’s join together in community for a nervous system reset, some R&R, and be in community with one another. ❤️

🏙️ Being here in the Twin Cities during this extremely heightened and difficult time is an honor and a privilege that I do not take lightly.

💎 Authenticity, Gratitude, and Love are among the highest frequencies we can embody. Shame, Blame, and Fear are amongst the lowest.

Daily walks, regardless of the weather, are such an important part of my self-care. I used to say, “I have to take Rosco for a walk,” but now I know, “I have to take myself for a walk!” There’s something primordial about walking the shores of Lake Superior, exploring all her nooks and crannies. It gives me a moment to be in the mindset of child-like wonder; a place where nothing but the here-and-now live.
