We are so excited to announce a beginner series with Simone. They are 90-minute classes intentionally built upon one another.
Are you new to yoga? Have you been practicing for a while but need a refresher on the basics? If you answered yes to either question, this series is for you! Throughout this six-week course, you will learn how to move safely into various asanas (poses) and how to modify postures and use props to bring you more ease into your practice. This back-to-basics series will give you the confidence to try any class!

Week 2: Grounding and Standing Balance
Week 3: Hip Opening and Twists
Week 4: Backbends and Forward Folds
Week 5: Building Arm Support
Week 6: Brining It All Together
