Each year millions of people make New Years Resolutions, only to never achieve the goals that they have set for themselves. But here at , we believe in setting realistic goals while making minor daily adjustments that push us towards achieving said goals. We also believe that self-care and showing yourself grace are just as crucial in the cycle of change.
So today, we will be taking a moment to reflect on your 2022 Goals with Journaling Exercise. (I will prompt you with some questions, and you can think about it, Journal, and even share your comments.)
1. What goals did you set for yourself this year? OR What are some things you have been putting off that you are ready to conquer in 2022?
2. How would you rate this past month? (1 Least-5 Greatest) What things went well, or what can you improve on to achieve your goals?
3. (Give yourself grace) What challenges did you have to face this month that hindered your progress?
4. (Self-Care) How did you feel & How can you take better care of yourself in the month ahead?
5. (Be Realistic) Do you need to make any adjustments to your goals? (Do you have the emotional/ mental/physical bandwidth right now to achieve your goals or make progress towards your goals? If not, please refer back to the self-care section. You may also need to scale back until you are in a better space overall. What is your play of action?
