Tapping 1️⃣0️⃣1️⃣ for Nervous System regulation

Is your stress feeling more intense that you need a stronger method to regroup? Sick of feeling subconscious nervous tension thwarting efforts to live well and ready to eliminate it? Ready to learn something profound about yourself?
I have been using tapping and recommending it so much to my patients these days. I am doing it more and more as a way to crack open somatic belief systems. I love this method for how it creates deeper critical new awareness with the willingness to see things differently. Each round we do helps to fully eradicate stress and reprogram resilience.
1️⃣ Start emotional feeling statement with “Even though…” clutter clearing any and all negative emotions bubbling up in that moment (fears, worries, anxieties, pain)
2️⃣Tap 5-7 different areas of the head, face, neck, front of shoulders, chest and armpit area, alternating sides of the body left and right with your fingertips.
3️⃣Begin to include “I fully (deeply) (completely) love and accept myself in this moment,” at the end of a round
4️⃣At the end of the round (or until I begin to feel better, e.g. breath, chest, eyes, stomach begin to relax) include the statement, “I am willing to see this differently” while tapping the points
5️⃣Keep going and include further embellishing of these statements, knowing I am fully loved, accepted and supported in this moment. What is meant for me can’t miss me. I am a total badass and I deserve good things. I can’t f this up. What is meant for me is already here.” Keep tapping with these new feelings and affirmations. ⚡️⚡️⚡️
