Knollwood began an exciting new era in our food service program by welcoming Chef Geoff Tracy and his team, in partnership with HHS. Known across the D.C. area for innovative American cuisine, Chef Geoff and his team executed a seamless transition, ensuring our community members didn't miss a single meal.

The feedback has been wonderful, with community members enjoying everything from fluffy breakfast pancakes to elegant salmon and shrimp scampi. Beyond the menu, our team is embracing the opportunity to learn new techniques and elevate our service to a true restaurant-style experience.
