to simplify my life.

to stop buying what I don’t truly need.
Not as a way to save money,
but as an awareness that I no longer want to accumulate things
or spend my energy on them.

I want to spend my money on dreams,
on experiences,
on life itself.

to be imperfect.
To stop chasing “ideal.”

I paused for a while.
I stopped sharing becauseI felt
tired and burned out.

I was giving a lot, and at some point
I started questioning myself —
is this really what I’m meant to do?
What I didn’t see then
is that a small, quiet community
was already forming here.
And you stayed.
Some of you even found
me during my silence.

I thought I wouldn’t come back.
I started looking
for something “more serious,” thinking
that at my age I should have a clear
career and stable income.

But nothing truly felt right.

One simple conversation
with my husband shifted everything.
He reminded me that
what truly grows always starts
with love and sincerity.

And suddenly it became clear.

Teaching yoga feels like home to me.
I feel it in my heart
— especially when I see how the practice touches others.

So I’m here again.
Learning. Sharing.
Breathing into this space slowly.

I’m opening online Sunday classes at 10:00 AM.

There will be only 7 spots available so I can give attention to each of you.
Price: $13 per class (payment via Venmo or Zelle).
Your spot is reserved only after payment.

You Lose Weight 🍁
(And It’s Not About Calories)

When we think about
losing weight,
we usually think diet,
workouts, calories.
Rarely — stress or the mind.

But that’s exactly where
the real reason often hides.

🧠Chronic stress raises cortisol —
the hormone that tells
your body to hold onto fat,
especially around the belly.

When you start meditating:
✨ your breath slows down
✨ your nervous system calms
✨ cortisol drops

And your body finally
gets the message:

“I’m safe now. I can let go.”

Meditation doesn’t burn calories —
it restores balance.
That inner peace where
food stops being comfort,
and your body naturally
chooses lightness.

Reflecting on my yoga journey and I’m amazed at how far I’ve come!

From Downward Dog disasters to teaching yoga, every step has been a journey. 💫 Finishing my 200-hour course was just the beginning; teaching was the real test.

My first class was a mix of nerves and excitement, but it actually went well! 🙈

My advice? Don’t overthink it; just be your authentic self - yoga helps you to let go of layers that’s no longer serving you.

Yoga’s become my daily dose of happiness. 🌞 and I’m ready to share the tools with you!

✨ Mantra to Return to Yourself ✨

In the flow of life, it’s easy to feel pulled away from your center. This simple Sanskrit mantra carries the vibration of wholeness, grounding, and gentle strength:

ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदम् ।
Om Purnamadah Purnamidam

Translation:
✨ “That is whole, this is whole. From wholeness arises wholeness. Even when wholeness is taken from wholeness, wholeness remains.”

This mantra reminds us: you are not lacking. You are already complete.
Even when life feels scattered, your essence is whole.

Whisper it softly, breathe into your heart, and feel yourself returning home:

“I am enough. I am whole. I am home within myself.”

🌸 Save this mantra for the days you need to reconnect with your center.
