The 316th Medical Squadron (316 MDS) is also known as the Bolling Clinic. Bolling AFB was named after Colonel Raynal Bolling who was the first high-ranking officer killed in action during World War I. He also laid the foundation for the United States Army Air Service in the American Expeditionary Force. In additions to treating your injuries and illnesses, we provide a wide a variety of proactive preventive and education health services through or primary, clinical, and ancillary services. Our organizational mission, vision, and priorities work to facilitate a partnership between our patients and our healthcare teams to provide the best outcomes and keep you healthy and fit for duty. 2-Hour Delayed Reporting

Bolling Medical Squadron will operate on a 2-hour delayed reporting schedule on Monday, 23 February 2026. Patient appointments will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Patients with appointments scheduled prior to 10:00 a.m. will be contacted by their clinical team to determine the best way to accommodate or reschedule their care.

Andrews Medical Group, to include Bolling Medical Squadron, is operating under normal operations.

As conditions continue to improve, we encourage patients to consider virtual appointments when appropriate. Virtual care remains a convenient and safe option for many visits and can help reduce travel concerns during lingering weather impacts.

Thank you for your patience and understanding over the past few days as our teams worked to safely restore full services following severe winter weather. We truly appreciate the flexibility and support shown by our patients and staff.

Please be advised that while parking lots are open, areas of significant ice remain.

For patient safety:

• Patient drop-off and pick-up areas have been cleared.

• JBA patients are encouraged to park on the first and second floors of the parking garage, which provide the clearest and safest paths into the building.

We appreciate your patience and ask everyone to remain vigilant and prioritize safety as conditions continue to improve.

📢 Laboratory Update:

Please be advised that starting Monday, June 9th, the Laboratory will be operating with modified hours.

We will be OPEN from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM daily, and CLOSED after 1:00 PM.

This schedule will be in effect until June 27th.
