Abrams Assisted Living Abrams Assisted Living offers fifty-four (54) studio apartments for seniors age 62+ who need assistance with daily care in the District of Columbia.

Opening Summer 2022! Abrams Assisted Living is designed to serve residents of the District of Columbia age 62+ who need assistance with daily care and qualify for each of the following:

✔️ Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH): Eligibility Criteria for PSH are determined by the Department of Human Services (DHS).

✔️ Low-Income Housing Tax Credit / Property Eligibility:
Potential residents must be i

ncome-eligible and 62 years of age or older.

✔️ EPD Waiver Eligibility: Potential residents must qualify for and be accepted to the Elderly and Individuals with Physical Disabilities (EPD) Medicaid Waiver Program through the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF).

✔️ Assisted Living Residence Eligibility: Potential residents must qualify for assisted living level of care, which typically means needing assistance with 3 or more activities of daily living (ADLs).

Our convenient location offers easy access to shopping, dining, medical services, public transportation, and recreation. Residents can enjoy both a convenient urban location, and over 20 acres of open space.
