If you’re popping awake at 3 a.m. feeling wired or anxious, that’s your hormones talking.
Hormone shifts and cortisol spikes can confuse your system into thinking it’s morning.

The good news? A few calming habits can help you rest again — magnesium before bed, gentler evenings, deeper breaths, and a cooler room. Small steps make a real difference.

You deserve peaceful sleep, and your body can get back there.

Tell me in the comments — do you struggle with 3 a.m. wake-ups?

I want you to remember this: Menopause is not a diagnosis. It's a transition, and understanding the beautiful, complex conversation of your hormones—Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone—is your key to moving through it with clarity and confidence.

Tell me, which hormones are you most interested in learning more about?

Also, if you're ready for personal guidance on understanding and supporting your hormones, my inbox is always open: info@healthydaes.com

Have you noticed that one glass of wine hits you harder than it used to? You’re not imagining it — your body really has changed.

As estrogen declines, your liver processes alcohol more slowly. What once felt relaxing can now bring hot flashes, a racing heartbeat, or a restless night.

I’ve noticed it too — which is why I often swap my evening glass for a sparkling mocktail with crushed fruit vinegar. It still feels special, but my body feels lighter and more at ease.

This stage of life is about honoring what your body is asking for — choosing what helps you wake up feeling clear, rested, and aligned!

Have you noticed it too? Share your experience in the comments.

So many women are never told how deeply estrogen supports vaginal and sexual health — until symptoms start to appear.

From dryness and irritation to painful intimacy or recurrent UTIs, these are signs your body is calling for care, not something to “just live with.”

And now, with the FDA finally removing the Black Box warning from menopausal hormone therapy, women can make informed choices about estrogen treatment without unnecessary fear.

Thank you for continuing to shine a light on this vital conversation. Vaginal estrogen isn’t optional — it’s essential for thriving through midlife and beyond. 🌸

🌸 When we live with gratitude, we don’t just notice life’s blessings — we attract more of what nourishes our heart, mind, and soul.

Take a moment today to honor what’s already yours and watch how life responds. 💖

Have you noticed a sudden urge to declutter — your closet, your home, even your life?
It’s not just about organizing. It’s your body and mind going through hormonal and emotional rewiring.

During perimenopause and menopause, your brain begins to reprioritize what matters most — helping you release what no longer feels like you.

So if you’re feeling called to simplify, honor it.
You’re not just clearing space in your home — you’re making room for the next chapter of you.

For decades, local vaginal estrogen — a safe and effective treatment for menopause-related vaginal and urinary symptoms — carried a scary “Black Box” warning.

This warning prevented many women from using a therapy with minimal absorption and proven safety, causing unnecessary fear and hesitation.

Now, the FDA has officially removed this warning, reflecting years of research and evidence showing these treatments are safe when used as directed.

This change is a huge step forward for women’s health — helping more women access care that supports comfort, confidence, and quality of life, without fear.

Nothing makes me happier than my clients feeling great!

Rhonda worked with me and she said:

"I am feeling GREAT!!! This is the best investment I have made in myself in a very long time. No knee pains...I actually ran up the stairs twice and realized...Wow!!! I'm not out of breath. This feels so good. I am down about 19 pounds since I started. I know I still have a long way to go, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for what you do!"

If you're ready to feel this good, send me a message!

This clip from the Iranti Eye conference speaks directly to my "why." It’s a look back at the experiences that shaped everything.

My journey wasn't linear. It began with a profound connection to real food, the joy of being with family, and the life-changing opportunity to learn from an incredible black female naturopath in D.C. Her guidance was so clear that when I followed it, everything shifted—I quit my demanding job and became a Naturopathic Doctor.

That entire journey—woven through all those experiences—is why I treat the women I work with the way I do now.

It’s about reminding them to slow down because transformation, especially through menopause, requires the space we often feel we don't have. This is my deepest commitment to helping women honor their next level.
