A taste of the magic in store this Monday and a little bit about our musical guest...

A classically trained multi-instrumentalist and Grammy-nominated sound engineer, Josef was a founding member of critically acclaimed folk-roots bands, touring nationally and internationally for more than 15 years. More recently, he has brought his dynamic musicianship and thoughtful composition into the yoga space, accompanying live music classes and creating immersive, responsive soundscapes for breath and movement.
