Schedule Sunrise Camp Regional Rainbow Gathering:
Bonfire, drum circle/sacred songs/ kirtan.
Hot vegetarian food / coffee, herbal tea, beverages.
Dance around the circle, Massage - Healing Circle.

6:30 morning meditation and kirtan.

7:30 Bhagavad Gita class on Karma and Bhakti Yoga.
8:30 vegetarian prashadam breakfast.

9:30 Hatha / Kriya Kundalini Yoga Workshop.

11:00 Workshop nature walk, wild crafting fall herbs and food. Søren Powell is taking his Kitchen home. Please bring food, beverages, stoves, grills, tables, water for lunch and dinner.

With the weather change and fall cold and flu season: with increased hospitalization and ICU visits. Remember some people have compromised immune systems and need to wear masks and socially distance. Respect people and ask if they want to share hugs. If you're cooking or serving food wear a mask and wash your hands!

Volleyball game in the afternoon perhaps soccer.
Bring warm clothes bedding and tents and tarps for the evening. Chance of rain after 3 or 4 p.m.
