I see so many clients disconnected from self-love, and I can’t emphasize enough that it’s not your fault.
Our culture often sends the message that we have to do more, be more, or give more to feel worthy.
If self-love has been taking a back seat lately, remember that these patterns aren’t your fault. They’re learned. Which means they can be unlearned.
Self-love isn’t something we have to chase or earn. It’s already within us, waiting to be nurtured.
