Pongola 2026 🔥🪔

On this sacred day, nearly 3 million women gathered in Trivandrum to offer sweet rice to the Divine Mother- an ocean of devotion flowing through the streets.

We each had the opportunity to honor the Goddess with a rice offering cooked over open flame. We then blessed with a sweet and delicious rice porridge.

Better late than never! I could have benefited from this 5,000 yr old healing tradition well over a decade ago.

So grateful to have finally made this once in a lifetime experience a reality!

While the emphasis has been deep detox- oil massage, heat packs, steams, saunas, vegetarian diets (and life changing enemas!) I also feel so nourished and supported by kind caring staff and friendly international travelers.

It’s a first but certainly not a last.

I see so many clients disconnected from self-love, and I can’t emphasize enough that it’s not your fault.

Our culture often sends the message that we have to do more, be more, or give more to feel worthy.

If self-love has been taking a back seat lately, remember that these patterns aren’t your fault. They’re learned. Which means they can be unlearned.

Self-love isn’t something we have to chase or earn. It’s already within us, waiting to be nurtured.

So how do we begin to soften back into self-love?

❤️ Letting feelings move as they arise
