I see so many clients disconnected from self-love, and I can’t emphasize enough that it’s not your fault.

Our culture often sends the message that we have to do more, be more, or give more to feel worthy.

If self-love has been taking a back seat lately, remember that these patterns aren’t your fault. They’re learned. Which means they can be unlearned.

Self-love isn’t something we have to chase or earn. It’s already within us, waiting to be nurtured.

So how do we begin to soften back into self-love?

❤️ Giving ourselves what we needed to receive as children
❤️ Allowing play, rest, and care
❤️ Letting feelings move as they arise
❤️ Asking for support

Today can be about your love for yourself too.

Self-love isn’t always glamorous or indulgent. Often, it asks us to meet ourselves more honestly and choose what supports our wholeness, even when that feels uncomfortable.

This kind of self-love can be challenging, but it’s also where real change begins.

You are worthy of a life that aligns with who you truly are, not just what’s expected of you.
