We are deeply honored to participate and share the stage with the legendary at the 5th Annual Sexual Assault Prevention Conference, hosted by the Safe Space Coalition.

This year’s theme, “Your Voice, Your Safety,” is a powerful reminder of the importance of empowering students and creating brave, safe spaces within our community. We are proud to stand alongside those dedicated to advocacy, resilience, and the prevention of dating and domestic violence.

It is a privilege to participate in a day focused on healing, education, and collective action. Let’s continue to work together to foster awareness and support survivors.

She is officially a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Masters of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

She was immediately promoted to head our HR Department. No wait, no games, no hassle… ❤️

At Transpire Wellness, we believe in excellence, honoring growth and personal achievements, and breaking barriers!!!

Darian started as my Administrative Assistant in 2022, in the the non profit sector.. and has been my right hand ever since.

Resolutions often focus on fixing or forcing change.
Intentions focus on how you want to feel and how you want to show up.

An intention might sound like:
• “I want to feel less overwhelmed.”
• “I want to respond instead of react.”
• “I want to rest without guilt.”

Intentions leave room for grace, reflection, and real life. They don’t demand perfection — they invite awareness.

Therapy can help you explore what’s beneath your intentions and support you in turning them into sustainable, meaningful change.
