I am still soaking in all the emotions from last week. 🩵💚

The Healing Experience 2025: Healing Through Storytelling was everything I hoped it would be and so much more. To every woman who showed up, thank you. Thank you for being open, vulnerable, and willing to sit in the power of your own story while holding space for others.

To the incredible women who shared their voices on stage, you reminded us of the beauty in honesty and the strength in community. I’m in awe of the wisdom, courage, and truth you brought into the room.

A huge thank you to those who generously donated their time, gifts, and energy to make this day so special — your contributions added so much love and thoughtfulness to the experience. And to our amazing sponsors, thank you for believing in this vision and helping us bring it to life.

And of course, to my team… none of this would have been possible without your love, dedication, and belief in what we are building. You helped turn a dream into an experience I’ll carry with me forever.

Transpire Wellness is proud to announce we are now offering Christian Counseling, lead by in our-house Certified Christian Counselor, Tera Young.

Whether you are navigating personal struggles, relationship challenges, or spiritual questions, this counseling integrates faith-based principles with practical tools for emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The goal is to help you identify root issues, find healing through Christ, and grow in intimacy with God while gaining skills to thrive in daily life.

Each session is designed to be Spirit-led and client-centered, ensuring that your unique journey is honored. Sessions will include:

- Opening in Prayer – inviting the Holy Spirit’s guidance and peace.
- Check-in & Discussion – exploring current concerns, struggles, or goals.
- Biblical Insight & Counseling Tools – applying scripture and practical strategies to your situation (communication skills, emotional regulation, inner healing, etc.).
- Exploration of Root Issues – uncovering underlying beliefs, wounds, or patterns that may be affecting your present life.
- Healing & Renewal Practices – such as guided reflection, forgiveness work, or deliverance-based prayer, when appropriate.
- Closing & Next Steps – ending with encouragement, prayer, and/or practical steps to continue growth between sessions.
