Help us congratulate John on 100 visits! 👏💙

“The wonderful staff at recently congratulated me on 100 visits. Honestly - I didn’t even know we were counting! But that simple act of recognition made me stop and think about how adding a regular sauna and float practice to my overall wellness journey has changed how I move through the world every day.

Every time I go to an appointment I walk approximately three miles from my home near Meridian Hill Park over to PS+FS on the far side of Georgetown. Then I tend to walk home about half the time… (sometimes I’m too relaxed, or - with this past winter - it was too darn cold to walk three miles late in the evening).

In highlighting my 100th visit, the PS+FS team lead me to realize the true extent of my wellness journey. In the six months since becoming a member — not only had I truly adopted Sauna and Float as a practice, but I had also walked more than 450 miles going to/from my sessions!!

Many thanks to the PS+FS team for being part of my wellness journey. Every step I’ve taken these past few months has brought me closer to a healthier and happier version of myself.
