We're suing Trump's EPA for their illegal and reckless repeal of the Endangerment Finding for greenhouse gases.

Just moments ago, EPA announced its decision to neglect the health and safety of the American people through their rollback of the Endangerment Finding. Carbon emissions and climate change lead to excess illnesses, hospitalizations, and deaths — all of which could be avoided through proper regulation of fossil fuels.

PSR will not sit idly by as this administration puts us all at risk through their attempt to dismantle this bedrock policy. We'll be filing a lawsuit in the coming days and will see the EPA in court.

From November 2nd to 4th, PSR delegates attended the 24th World Congress in Nagasaki, Japan. This meeting was momentous to hold in Nagasaki, being the last city bombed by a nuclear weapon 80 years ago.

PSR members and staff met with colleagues from around the world on urgent topics related to nuclear weapons and global security. We hosted and participated in workshops on divestment, track II diplomacy, climate, health as an imperative for nuclear disarmament, and more.

After spending the week with colleagues working on nuclear disarmament in dozens of countries and discussing the pathways towards nuclear abolition, we are energized to continue our work for peace and world without nuclear weapons.

At the first day of the IPPNW World Congress in Nagasaki PSR met with international colleagues working to abolish nuclear weapons.
