This lovely patient is now one year out from a subtle cosmetic rhinoplasty to refine her profile and reduce the width of her nasal tip. She is thrilled with the results and so am I. Nothing makes me happier than a happy patient!

In an era of overfilled features and the overdone “Mar-a-Lago face,” the goal of modern rhinoplasty is the opposite: restraint, structure, and long-term harmony. Thoughtful technique focuses on proportion and function, so results appear natural, not surgical.

No heavy edits, no exaggerated changes - just refined contours that fit the face and age well over time. This is the difference between trends and timeless results.

Every plan is individualized with one priority: natural outcomes that never look overdone.

This patient came to my clinic to discuss a revision rhinoplasty. For the original combination functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, the family decision was to proceed with conservative profileplasty, but the patient was not happy with the final result. He expressed concerns about his nasal tip pointing down, most notably when smiling, as well as the dorsal hump.
I discussed the surgical plan with the patient and his family and were able to align expectations to achieve a result the patient would be happy with. I recommended a revision rhinoplasty to include dorsal hump reduction and tip rotation. We reviewed digitally altered photos of the patient as well as before-and-after photos of other patients to assist in decision making. He is approximately one month post-op in these photos, and while the swelling will continue to resolve, he is already extremely pleased with the results.
