In honor of Hump Day, I wanted to share this lovely patient, who underwent a septoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty. She presented to my clinic with concerns about the wideness of her nose from the front and the hump from the profile view. We agreed on the plan for cosmetic rhinoplasty to address these concerns to include tip defining sutures and a hump reduction. She is now extremely pleased with the results. What do you think?

This is a lovely 88 (!) year old woman whose upper eyelid skin had gotten so redundant that it was impeding her vision. The obstruction was severe enough to merit insurance coverage in her right eye, but not enough for the left. She didn’t want to be walking around with asymmetric eyes, so she elected to have the left side corrected at the same time. She is now 4 months out from an upper blepharoplasty. She thrilled with the appearance and the function. Look at those beautiful blue eyes!

Super fun birthday weekend with my one-of-a-kind Mama! I was briefly celebrating the dollar I won off of her on the golf course before she hustled me the next day for 50 bucks on the Pickleball court. Gotta love that spirit—Happy Birthday, Mom!
