SPACIOUSNESS

One of the tendencies that I notice in myself (you might relate) is the tendency to pattern in feelings and thoughts that constrain the way I show up in life.

Spaciousness in our minds, psyches, and nervous systems allows for new ways of being perceiving, thinking, speaking, and acting to emerge.

Practices, like the one I share in this video, engage our systems on multiple levels to create this quality of spaciousness.
