Women’s History Month 2026: Leading the Change
Women’s History Month is a time to honor the contributions women have made and continue to make in shaping a more equitable and sustainable future. This year’s theme, Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future, recognizes women who are rebuilding systems to better support communities, health, and long-term well-being.

At Pacify, we see this leadership reflected in the women across our organization every day. Some support families directly through doula and lactation care. Others design tools, build partnerships, analyze data, and guide strategy to expand access to maternal health support.

Together, they are advancing a model of care rooted in both expertise and empathy.

Maternal health innovation is not only about technology or policy. It is also about people who believe families deserve better support during pregnancy and postpartum, and who work every day to make that belief a reality.
