A PCORI-funded patient-centered CER study compared three approaches to help individuals with serious mental illness stop smoking:

1️⃣ An educational program for primary care clinicians (PE)
2️⃣ PE plus support from a community health worker (CHW)
3️⃣ Usual care consisting of access to state psychiatric services or outpatient health and mental health services
