If there's one role that truly holds specialty and emergency vet med together, it's the client service team โ and we don't say that lightly.
These incredible professionals are the ultimate multitaskers, seamlessly managing everything from phones, front-desk operations, check-in and checkout, payment processing, and medical record management - often all at once! They're also the calm, compassionate voice on the other end of the line when a family is terrified, the steady presence at the front desk during life's most stressful moments, and the bridge between clients and our clinical team.
The path to get there isn't easy, either. The training is rigorous - understanding complex workflows, scheduling logistics, phone triage protocols (and more!) - and demands a combination of organizational skill, emotional intelligence and unflappability.
