Hi! I’m back ya’ll! It has been my pleasure to serve patients in both the Philadelphia and Delaware area since 2016. As I transition to serving the Washington, DC and DMV communities, I wanted to pause again to say thank you and I miss you dearly.

Some of you have reached out… and NO I have NOT RETIRED lol. There is still soooo much work to do!!!

I have updates to share about all of the things I’ve been doing. I have a question. Do you mind if I post my updates even though some of them happened a few months back? Let me know.

Merry Christmas from my family to yours! .

Summer is a time to enjoy the warm weather so there’s a very good chance you’ll be out in the sun. ☀️

👩🏾 While I highly recommend using sunscreen for at risk groups each time you’re out in the sun, sometimes we just forget to bring it along with us. Here are some tips to protect yourself from the sun without sunscreen:

👉🏾 Play and eat in the shade when you can.
👉🏾 Hats! Store them in your car and everywhere else so you don’t forget.
👉🏾 Wear light colored clothes.

What other summer skincare tips do you want to hear about? 👩🏾
