To laugh, to cry, to breathe, to rest without judgment. Sometimes the greatest gift we can offer is trust and a door that opens when the world has closed too many✨

People assume that I grew up close to my mother and truth is, that wasn’t the case. My mother was human with many issues and I the son she was to stressed out to see. It made me want to punish her so I created reasons to hate her for not being what I wanted her to be. Then that got old. I had to make the choice to get to know her, that was the remedy needed to heal my childhood scars, wounds and illusions. ✨

P.S this song used to be so triggering. I couldn’t relate but wanted to so badly
