We’ve all seen the "Quiet Exit." It’s often the result of symbolic DEI gestures that lack the foundation to support high-achieving leaders when things get tough. A statement on a website isn’t a strategy. A monthly lunch isn’t a safety net.

If we want to retain top-tier talent, we have to move beyond optics and toward structural changes.

Model the values: Integrate equity into your core policies.
