The answer is simple-expressive arts have proven, powerful effectiveness towards mindfulness, awareness, & acceptance during all phases of the therapeutic process. This is especially true for individuals who may be searching for strengths-based solutions to their problems. Expressive arts and play therapy amplify the conscious and unconscious experience. As a result, people are compassionately encouraged towards emotional wellness, a necessary component of joy-filled living.

I’ve been practicing therapy for nearly 20 years now. I put my all into every client’s journey back home to themselves. Being human doesn’t equate to being incompetent. It’s simply being human. We want people to feel safe & supported @ every turn & it’s heartbreaking when that does not occur. When you give your therapist grace, you give yourself grace. Joining the healing human race.
