ABSOLUTELY in complete denial still, but, apparently this is really happening so something has to be said…

Humble Beast will absolutely miss the presence of this girl and her entire family, energy, laugh, cheer, etc… in no way are any of us prepared to even attempt to put into words what impact MJ has had on each and every one of our lives.

In short, we are saying goodbye to THE cornerstone of a morning coach; and see you later to a family member. Please do yourselves a favor and stay in contact with this amazing human being. I know we will. (Takes a big breath).

If you want a more personally goodbye, will be coaching Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings next week (5.23, 5.25, 5.26).

Bring with you your best memories to share with her. Also, comment below your best memories of her.

Humble Beast Fitness

Strength: Measure of lactic threshold parameters across variable domains of volume and intensity. Conditioning: Ability to manipulate the maximal oxygen consumption during aerobic activity. CrossFit: Constantly varied, functional movement, with relative intensity. Respectively, we incorporate these elements to create a holistic balance of functional fitness. Our strength program is a periodized approach with variable changes depending on the athletes work capacity. All movements are taught with structural specific detail and explained with applicable anatomical articulation. Our conditioning regimen is appropriately applied to generate VO2max increases while complementing our structured strength program. These metabolic pathways work together to form the Humble Beast CrossFit program methodology. All intensities from each application are scalable and subjected to our professionally trained coaches discretion.
