You’ve had your cosmetic treatment, and you are excited for the results. But why do we ask you to take it easy for the first week, even after minimally invasive procedures like fillers, injectables or lasers?

Here is what happens during the crucial first week:
🎅 Inflammation Peaks: in the first 48-72 hours, your body initiates its natural inflammatory response to the treatment (which is normal trauma to the tissue). This brings redness, swelling and sometimes bruising- o/ your body’s repair system kicking-in.
