Duality is a pretty interesting concept. I've been watching for times that I decide something "good" or "bad", "always" or "never", "impossible", "sh*tty", "terrible". Rarely are things exactly so- something isn't 'always' or 'never'- it's somewhere in between. Maybe closer to one than the other, but rarely exactly 100%.

We influence our reality, and a big part of this is the energy and labels we put on things. This can work *for* and *against* us.
