Join Pamela for this free community class! The class will include gentle movements to free the joints, yoga asanas to stretch and strengthen, and yoga nidra, deep, conscious relaxation with the opportunity to set an intention—perfect for New Year’s Day. Prior to the deep relaxation, each person will plant the seeds of their intention in the unconscious mind and then water the seeds at the end. Yoga Nidra is a profound and helpful practice.

In this Hatha yoga class for every body, Laura will lead you through simple breathing exercises and traditional asanas with options for more challenging poses.
