One Tent Health increases accessibility to free HIV screening and prevention in Washington, DC.

We aim to minimize the stress and complexity of the path from unknown status to managed care with a community-centered, low-cost approach. Gone are the days of time-consuming, complex, and expensive HIV screening. After several years of research and development, One Tent Health launched operations on October 22, 2017, with the goal of simplifying the entire process. We increase visibility by utilizing a "pop-up" approach, maximize accessibility with an average total screening time under 10 minutes, and maintain cost-efficiency with a lean operating structure.

🌍❤️ Today, on World AIDS Day, we come together to honor those we’ve lost, celebrate the resilience of those living with HIV, and renew our commitment to ending the stigma, spreading awareness, and ensuring access to healthcare for all.

Let’s continue to show up for one another and move closer to a future free of stigma and inequality. Because health equity isn’t just a goal—it’s a right.
