For ten years, I helped people be fully themselves.

While making sure nobody could see me.

I followed every rule. I maintained every boundary. I showed up trained, credentialed, and completely hidden.

The day I became a coach was the day I stopped performing.

💜 Save this for everyone still performing their role.

You’ve spent years (maybe decades) getting really good at what you do.

You’ve solved complex problems.
Handled things others couldn’t.
Built real, hard-earned expertise.

And yet… your income doesn’t reflect it.

Here’s why:
Experience alone doesn’t get paid.

👉 What gets paid is how clearly you communicate that experience
👉 How easily others can understand, trust, and act on it

The highest-paid professionals?
They’re not always the most experienced.

They’re the ones who’ve learned how to:
• Package their knowledge
• Position their value
• Turn expertise into opportunity

Your experience is the raw material.
Your ability to translate it? That’s the multiplier.

Save this if you’re done letting your experience go undervalued.

This is Eliza.

She came to me burnt out and underutilized in her field.

Six months after learning coaching conversation skills, listen to how she describes what changed.

“Knowing the high energy word, the place where there is softness to go into the story, rather than the thing that makes it go longer.”

She didn’t just learn a technique.

She learned how to read a room, move people forward, and create impact in every conversation she has.

That’s what coaching actually does. It doesn’t give you something new. It teaches you how to use what you already have.

💛 Save this for someone who’s ready for that.

There was a moment I almost walked away from everything I built.

Not because I failed.
Because I was exhausted from succeeding in a way that didn’t feel like mine.

I had the credentials. The experience. The results.
And still, I thought the answer was starting over.

It wasn’t.

The answer was learning how to leverage what I had already built.

Your expertise isn’t the problem.
The way it’s been positioned, packaged, and priced, that’s where the gap is.

You don’t need a new career.
You need what you already have to finally start working for you.

Save this for the next time you feel like starting over. 🤍

For ten years I gave my clients permission to be fully seen.

While making sure nobody could see me.

That wasn’t professionalism.

That was the training.

I followed every rule, not because they always felt right, but because I had been taught that my clients were too fragile to handle my humanity.

The day I became a coach was the day I stopped performing.

Coaching gave me back something therapy had quietly taken, the permission to show up whole.

My clients didn’t crumble.

They caught fire.

People don’t transform in the presence of perfection.

They transform in the presence of authenticity.

You were never too much.
You were just in the wrong room.

Who in your life is still performing a version of themselves just to be accepted?

💜 Save this for everyone you know who’s still hiding.

The most experienced people are rarely the highest paid.

I’m actually walking through this in a live workshop, because once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

Most people think their income reflects their performance.

It doesn’t.

👉 It reflects what they’re paid to do, not everything they know.

You can spend 20 years becoming exceptional…

…and still be paid for ex*****on.

Not your full expertise.
Not your thinking.
Not your perspective.

That’s why people who know more
often earn less than they should.

Because their knowledge isn’t being translated into leverage.

That’s the gap.

You did everything right.

You built the career.
You earned the title.
You became “successful.”

So why doesn’t it feel like yours?

This isn’t about ambition.
It’s about alignment.

And most people don’t realize the difference
until they’re already here.

Most people spend their whole career optimizing for two things.

1.What they're good at.
2.What gets rewarded.

And quietly ignoring the other two.

The Japanese call this Ikigai, it's not a wellness concept. It's a diagnostic tool for that hollow feeling you can't quite name.

If something has always felt slightly off (even when everything looks right on paper) this is probably why.

I grew up thinking strength meant
working harder, holding more, controlling everything.

That’s what I saw.
That’s what I learned.

And the women who taught me that?
They were carrying a lot too.

This is what gets passed down.

Honoring the evolution of herstory
isn’t about rejecting it,
it’s about doing it differently.

Knowing when to act.
When to stop forcing.
When to receive.

🪷 If this resonates, you can message me “receive”
and I’ll share something with you.

3am.

You can't sleep.

So you're Googling:
"Can I afford to be a therapist?"
"Therapist side hustles"
"Is coaching allowed for LCSWs"
"Career change for burnt out therapists"

Because the math doesn't work.

$60/session × 25 clients = $72K
Minus student loans, taxes, overhead.

And you're sitting there at 3am wondering how a master's degree and a clinical license landed you here.

Tomorrow you have 4 clients.
You'll smile. Hold space. Do the work.

Tonight? You're doing different math.

The kind that asks if you can sustain this for 20 more years.

Comment "3AM" if you've been here.

If you're a therapist who feels like you have to choose between doing meaningful work and paying your bills...

That tension is crushing you.

And it's not in your head.

The system IS designed to make you choose. Insurance companies profit when you accept $60/hour. They count on you feeling guilty for wanting more. They rely on you believing that caring about people means you shouldn't care about money.

The choice isn't actually "help people OR make money."
It's not "use your training OR have financial freedom."
It's not "stay in insurance OR lose your impact."

Those feel like your only options because you've been conditioned to think that way.

But hundreds of therapists have already walked away from that lie.

They didn't abandon their clients.
They didn't stop transforming lives.
They didn't become "less ethical."

They just stopped letting a broken system dictate their worth.

Wellness coaching lets you:
→ Use every skill from your clinical training
→ Work with people in transformation, not pathology
→ Set rates that actually reflect your expertise
→ Scale your impact beyond trading hours for dollars
→ Build a practice that sustains YOU, not just your clients

You're not choosing between impact and income.
You're choosing between accepting what they tell you you're worth and claiming what you actually are.

If you're a therapist ready to stop accepting less, comment "YES" below.

Felt that? You're not alone.

Thousands of therapists are in this exact position, loving the work but unable to sustain the income.

Here's what most don't know: There ARE other options.

We created a free toolkit for therapists exploring wellness coaching:
→ Ethics guide (therapy vs coaching boundaries)
→ Income calculator (see the real numbers)
→ Next steps from therapists who made the shift

Comment "TOOLKIT" and we'll send it to you.

This isn't about abandoning therapy. It's about sustainable impact.
