I grew up thinking strength meant
working harder, holding more, controlling everything.

That’s what I saw.
That’s what I learned.

And the women who taught me that?
They were carrying a lot too.

This is what gets passed down.

Honoring the evolution of herstory
isn’t about rejecting it,
it’s about doing it differently.

Knowing when to act.
When to stop forcing.
When to receive.

🪷 If this resonates, you can message me “receive”
and I’ll share something with you.

3am.

You can't sleep.

So you're Googling:
"Can I afford to be a therapist?"
"Therapist side hustles"
"Is coaching allowed for LCSWs"
"Career change for burnt out therapists"

Because the math doesn't work.

$60/session × 25 clients = $72K
Minus student loans, taxes, overhead.

And you're sitting there at 3am wondering how a master's degree and a clinical license landed you here.

Tomorrow you have 4 clients.
You'll smile. Hold space. Do the work.

Tonight? You're doing different math.

The kind that asks if you can sustain this for 20 more years.

Comment "3AM" if you've been here.

If you're a therapist who feels like you have to choose between doing meaningful work and paying your bills...

That tension is crushing you.

And it's not in your head.

The system IS designed to make you choose. Insurance companies profit when you accept $60/hour. They count on you feeling guilty for wanting more. They rely on you believing that caring about people means you shouldn't care about money.

The choice isn't actually "help people OR make money."
It's not "use your training OR have financial freedom."
It's not "stay in insurance OR lose your impact."

Those feel like your only options because you've been conditioned to think that way.

But hundreds of therapists have already walked away from that lie.

They didn't abandon their clients.
They didn't stop transforming lives.
They didn't become "less ethical."

They just stopped letting a broken system dictate their worth.

Wellness coaching lets you:
→ Use every skill from your clinical training
→ Work with people in transformation, not pathology
→ Set rates that actually reflect your expertise
→ Scale your impact beyond trading hours for dollars
→ Build a practice that sustains YOU, not just your clients

You're not choosing between impact and income.
You're choosing between accepting what they tell you you're worth and claiming what you actually are.

If you're a therapist ready to stop accepting less, comment "YES" below.

Felt that? You're not alone.

Thousands of therapists are in this exact position, loving the work but unable to sustain the income.

Here's what most don't know: There ARE other options.

We created a free toolkit for therapists exploring wellness coaching:
→ Ethics guide (therapy vs coaching boundaries)
→ Income calculator (see the real numbers)
→ Next steps from therapists who made the shift

Comment "TOOLKIT" and we'll send it to you.

This isn't about abandoning therapy. It's about sustainable impact.

You know how to hold space for trauma.

But no one taught you how to build a business that doesn’t traumatize you.

If you’re fully booked…
but exhausted.

Helping others regulate…
but dysregulated yourself.

Successful on paper…
but quietly wondering how long you can sustain this pace.

This isn’t about working harder.
It’s about building differently.

We created The Thriving Therapists Toolkit for clinicians who want to scale without burning out,
who want profitability and nervous system safety.

Inside you’ll find:
• Sustainable scaling strategies
• Time + energy optimization
• Ways to integrate self-care into your business model (not just your evenings)

Because burnout isn’t a personal weakness.
It’s a structural issue.

If you're ready to build a practice that supports you back,
message us and we’ll send it to you.

You deserve a business that feels like freedom, not survival. 🪷

Some people wake up excited for Monday.

You're not one of them.

Here's why:

IKIGAI.

It's a Japanese concept that means "reason for being."

It's the intersection of four things:

1. WHAT YOU LOVE
What energizes you instead of drains you?

2. WHAT YOU'RE GOOD AT
What skills come naturally to you?

3. WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS
What problems can you solve?

4. WHAT YOU CAN BE PAID FOR
Where does your value meet willingness to invest?

When all four overlap, work stops feeling like work.

People who love Mondays found their IKIGAI.

You're just surviving because you haven't found yours yet.

But you can.

Which circle are you missing most?
→ What you love
→ What you're good at
→ What the world needs
→ What you can be paid for

If you're a therapist who's ever asked a client:

"What would that look like?"
"What's one small step you could take?"
"What's stopping you?"

You weren't doing therapy in that moment.

You were coaching.

Every time you've helped a therapist client set goals, explore their values, or envision their future—that wasn't treatment planning. That was coaching.

Here's the difference:

Therapy asks: "What happened?"
Coaching asks: "What's next?"

Therapy heals wounds.
Coaching builds futures.

And as a therapist, you've been doing both.

You don't need another certification to start coaching. You need:
→ Clarity on the ethical boundaries
→ Confidence in the skills you already have as a therapist
→ Permission to call it what it is

The wellness coaching industry is worth $4.5 trillion. Your therapist training already gives you the skills to lead in it.

You just need to learn how to position yourself ethically, navigate the legal guidelines, and turn what you're already doing into a leveraged income stream.

What we call “scarcity” rarely starts with money.

It starts when the body learns:
love has conditions,
attention can disappear,
connection isn’t guaranteed.

So the nervous system adapts,
stays alert, tries harder, braces for loss.

That response once kept you safe.
But it doesn’t have to run your life anymore.

Abundance isn’t about having more.
It’s about teaching your body that it’s safe to receive now.

Leave a 💜 if this resonates with you

Scarcity wasn’t learned through numbers,
it was learned through love.

Through approval that felt conditional.
Through attention that came with performance.
Through safety that had to be earned.

So of course receiving feels hard.
So of course resting feels unsafe.
So of course abundance feels like something you have to prove yourself worthy of.

This isn’t a mindset flaw.
It’s a nervous system pattern.

And patterns can soften.

When safety replaces striving,
receiving stops feeling dangerous
and abundance stops feeling out of reach.

If this resonates, this is the work we’re here for.

Which mindset are you choosing right now?

Scarcity isn’t who you are.
It’s a habit your nervous system learned when love, safety, or opportunity felt limited.

That’s why someone else’s win can feel like a threat.
Why the future feels risky instead of open.
Why receiving love or support feels harder than earning it.

Abundance isn’t denial or positivity.
It’s a different way of relating to success, time, love, and resources.

Both mindsets are learned.
Both are reinforced daily.
And both are shaped by what your system believes is safe.

Today isn’t about getting it “right.”
It’s about noticing what you’re practicing
and remembering you can choose again.

Which one are you practicing today? 🪷

There’s a quote by Henri Matisse that says,
“There are always flowers for those who want to see them.”

What he’s pointing to isn’t positivity.
It’s presence.

Often, the reason abundance feels far away isn’t because it’s missing,
it’s because our nervous system is too busy bracing, rushing, or protecting to notice what’s already here.

When you’re in survival mode, your attention narrows.
You scan for problems.
You miss the flowers.

Abundance isn’t something you chase.
It’s something you begin to see when your body feels safe enough to soften.

Sometimes, the shift isn’t about getting more,
it’s about slowing down enough to recognize what’s already holding you.

If this resonates, leave a 🪷 below.

Nature doesn’t strive for abundance.
It responds to conditions.

Rest comes first.
Timing matters.
Growth follows.

Your body works the same way.

When there’s less urgency, there’s more access.
When there’s safety, there’s expansion.

That’s not a mindset.
It’s a rhythm.

And it’s the rhythm we practice inside
